The White House Fellows Program

The White House Fellows Program connects recent graduates to senior White House Staff, Cabinet Secretaries and other top-ranking government officials. Fellows spend a year working as full-time paid assistants to government employees, giving them first-hand experience in the behind-the-scenes efforts involved in governance. The program selects applicants who have a record of remarkable professional achievement early in their career, evidence of leadership skills and the potential for further growth, and commitment to public service.

The fellowship is augmented by an educational program that includes weekly seminars and domestic and international policy trips.

Upon completion of the fellowship, Fellows are encouraged to return to their community or profession and apply the knowledge gained through this program.

Applicants must be US Citizens.
